Our story
From a single discipline to integrated delivery
ZKS began with a simple commitment: show up, execute to specification, and stand behind the outcome.
ZKS Group provides integrated civil infrastructure services across Sydney metropolitan NSW. We self-perform traffic management, telecommunications civil works, utility construction and general civil delivery for government agencies, councils, utilities and Tier-1 contractors.
Our operating model is built for procurement scrutiny: certified management systems, pre-qualified status, insurance and safety records aligned to major infrastructure programs, and a workforce experienced in live traffic, underground assets and authority specifications.
Bringing traffic, telecommunications, utility and civil construction together was the practical response to program delays caused by subcontractor interfaces — not a marketing exercise.
