Services

Integrated infrastructure services

Self-performed delivery across four core disciplines — giving procurement teams one accountable contractor instead of four subcontract interfaces.

Capabilities

Four disciplines. One integrated network.

Most programs stitch together four subcontractors. ZKS self-performs all four — wired into a single line of supervision, documentation and accountability. Follow the line.

How we deliver

A single line from enquiry to handover

Every project follows one engineered alignment — visible, documented and controlled from the first site visit to final reinstatement.

  1. 01
    Stage 01

    Consultation & scope definition

We review site constraints, authority requirements, program dates and interface risks with your team to define a deliverable scope and mobilisation plan.

  2. 02
    Stage 02

    Planning, permits & documentation

Traffic plans, ROL coordination, SWMS, service locating and stakeholder communications are prepared to authority and client standards before works commence.

  3. 03
    Stage 03

    Mobilisation & site establishment

Crews, plant and traffic control assets are deployed with inductions, daily prestarts and clear lines of communication to the project manager.

  4. 04
    Stage 04

    Delivery & quality control

Works are executed to specification with hold points, inspections and progressive reporting aligned to your program and compliance obligations.

  5. 05
    Stage 05

    Reinstatement & handover

Sites are restored, as-built documentation is issued and defects are closed out so the next trade or authority can sign off without delay.
